本片讲述了主人公马扁在北京的北漂故事。马扁在北京寻找音乐梦想的过程中，遇到了事业、爱情、友情......。响子（小野真弓饰）是一名在电视台工作的女性，这天，她收到一封来信，信中讲述了关于壁男的传说。所谓壁男，就是一种生活在墙体中间的奇特生物，它可以在墙壁间自由穿行，并默默注视着人类的一举一动。响子将壁男做成专题节目，引起街头巷尾的热议。由此开始，民间关于壁男的传说也越来越多。响子的男朋友仁科（堺雅人饰）是一名摄影师，他也对壁男产生了浓厚的兴趣。仁科拍摄大量墙壁的照片，并试图和壁男进行交流，这一切都让响子担心不已…… 本片根据漫画家诸星大二郎的同名短篇作品（收录在短篇集《夢の木の下で》中）改编，影片全程在北海道拍摄。。Lekar Hum Deewana Dil (transl.Taking along our crazy hearts) is a 2014 Hindi language romantic drama film that stars Armaan Jain and Deeksha Seth. Jointly produced by Saif Ali Khan, Dinesh Vijan and Sunil Lulla under the banner of Eros International, Maddock Films and Illuminati Films, it is the debut directorial venture of Arif Ali, who was the assistant writer of the film Aahista Aahista, written by his brother Imtiaz Ali. The film has music scored by A. R. Rahman. The film was released on 4 July 2014。
