因为拥有能够看到妖精的特殊体质，少女莉迪雅（水树奈奈 配音）常常遭到同伴们的排挤和孤立，但是即便如此，莉迪雅依旧决定利用自己的能力，成为一个专门处理人类和妖精之间事宜的妖精博士。某一日，在渡轮上，莉迪雅遇见了一位神秘的金发青年——爱德格（绿川光 配音）。爱德格自称青骑士伯爵，并且请求莉迪雅帮助他寻找其遗失的，能够证明身份的宝剑。就这样，莉迪雅同爱德格签订了契约，一同踏上了寻宝的旅程。
