大学生村官孙浩然在英杰村创业，在书记田三友等人的支持下，不到两年，英杰村便成为宾县社会主义新农村的典型代表。上级下达并村文件，因涉及英杰村百姓利益，激起百姓不满。孙浩然考察杨家屯，几翻波折后发现温泉，于是一个建设温泉小镇生态旅游专线的构想慢慢形成。招商之路艰难，孙浩然提出一个大胆的想法——动迁。但村民们各怀心思，动迁工作难上加难。当村民们乔迁新居，英杰温泉酒店一期工程奠基之时，资金突然断链，村民们纷纷闹了起来。田三友坐镇村中，孙浩然四处奔走续接资金，终在县委县政府的帮助下，取得借款，资金链得以接续。英杰温泉度酒店建成，喜讯传来：孙浩然当选“最美村官”，赴北京领奖。。ARIMA It is the story of four women and a girl who- se existence is disrupted by the sudden arrival of two strangers.
