裴刚（欧威 饰）自幼受到奶奶（付碧辉 饰）的溺爱，性格飞扬跋扈，桀骜不驯。在一次口角之中，裴刚受人陷害被迫杀死三人，被捕入狱，判处死刑，秋后问斩。尽管奶奶和刑曹（周少卿 饰）想方设法想要挽救裴刚，但裴刚拒不配合，对自己的罪行供认不讳。
