The film follows young activists around the globe Anuna and Adélaïde (Belgium), Luisa (Germany), Léna ...。爾仔（吳肇軒飾演）女友茹可以（盧惠敏飾演）在法國工作假期計劃期間突然失蹤，爾仔守住可以留下的書店希望等對方歸來。及後書店生意每況愈下，爾仔為維持書店，於是接受好友拖羅（繆浩昌飾演）的意見，在書店開設「身後事務所」以增加收入，專責代處理逝者遺物，卻因此遇上亡魂，為死者解開心結。。付氏集团总裁被强制结婚，从而对妻子反感不已，又因误会新婚妻子害死了自己的救命恩人洛童，于是将她囚禁并注射致幻剂，导致女主割腕自杀。经过调查，他发现洛童的死亡竟然是假象，背后隐藏着心机女和其母的阴谋。。
