郝帅的姐姐在他们共同经历的一场大火中丧生，因此郝帅立志长大后成为一名消防战士。郝帅几经波折终于考到了消防部队中的精英队伍“飞豹中队”。年轻气盛的郝帅由于个人恩怨、救援观念等等原因，不断的和队长林毅发生冲突，公然挑战队长的权威。在几轮比武和救援后，林毅发现郝帅不但在消防业务上有过人的能力，他的个人英雄主义更是很像年轻时候的自己。一次交通救援后，郝帅无意间发现，林毅就是当年那场大火中放弃自己姐姐的消防兵。林毅充满愧疚，他明白了郝帅为何宁可牺牲自己，也不愿放弃受困群众的原因。最终，林毅的牺牲使郝帅明白，英雄的使命，是要肩负更重的责任和更多的自我牺牲。而他，终将不负众望，前仆后继，披荆斩棘，带领队伍，做到最好。。星丸建设第三营业部。松下美嘉（渡辺麻友）以办事员身份进入的部门里、有课长・佐佐木清一（佐藤二朗）、组长・千崎亮介（井上芳雄）、主任・桑折真树夫（浦井健治）、办事员・市村香织（佐藤仁美）所属于这个部门。因为有个性鲜明的千崎和桑折、第三营业部几乎每天都处于麻烦之中、再加上设计部的Gaudi北村（山崎育三郎）的参与、事态就会进一步的向着坏方向发展…。到底第三营业部能把麻烦事解决清楚吗!?电视幽默音乐剧「Let's Go！第三营业部」以及歌曲演唱甚至是小短剧等等、所有的栏目都充满着对“音乐剧的爱”！。In this bitingly satirical film Peter Slovan, a continuous source of trouble for the film functionaries of the socialist Slovakia, tackles an evergreen topic – the corruptive effects of power. Barnabáš Kos, a triangle player at a symphonic orchestra, is suddenly promoted to serve as the head of the said institution, even though both he and his superiors deem him completely unfit for the task. Encouraged in equal parts by this unexpected recognition and the servile praise of his colleagues, Kos’s modesty starts to gradually vanish. The erstwhile bashful and aloof percussionist quickly becomes aware of the advantages of his new office, and begins to realise his increasingly ludicrous artistic ambitions. Ultimately, the submissive marionette turns into a source of public humiliation, and his astonishing career finds an abrupt end. Orchestra serves here as a microcosm that grotesquely reflects the absurd and tragicomic mechanisms of the paranoid apparatus of power.
